We're changing people's perceptions of aging one line dance at a time, adding years to your life and life to your years!
If you do not know how to line dance, this is where you should be: taking line dance lessons with Cindy the dancing bull in Co-op City semi-monthly—the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, or every Thursday.
You will be line dancing the same day you attend either class. Learn more about the line dance classes and view the schedules.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all as we age by delivering quality services through the art of line dancing and strengthening our communities by volunteering our services through performances. The art of line dancing is a vital part of our lives, our health, and the joy of giving back to others. Line dancing will keep you young and vibrant as you get older.
For the active, there will be venues to visit throughout the year as a team to showcase our moves from the workshop.
We hope that you learn new ways to enjoy your body, your health and your life.
